These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rbaj platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rbaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all use of the rbaj website, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, participation in games and all related services offered through https://rbaj.vu.
By accessing, registering on or using rbaj in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Eligibility
Use of the rbaj platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. rbaj reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using any part of the rbaj platform, including game demonstration modes.
- You must be a human individual and not acting on behalf of a corporation, trust or other legal entity for the purpose of wagering.
- You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit you to use rbaj.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of rbaj, or an immediate family member of any such person, with respect to wagering activities on the platform.
Account Registration and Verification
To use the rbaj platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate. Each individual may hold only one account on rbaj.
- You must register using your real name, valid mobile number and accurate date of birth. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include a valid National ID card or passport issued in Bangladesh.
- rbaj reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of payment method ownership (e.g. confirmation that the bKash or Nagad account used for deposits belongs to the registered player).
- Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have their withdrawal held pending completion of the verification process.
Deposits and Withdrawals
rbaj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the supported payment methods available on the platform at the time of transaction. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbaj does not accept cash, cryptocurrency or international wire transfers.
- All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts will have withdrawal requests processed within the timeframe communicated on the platform at the time of the request.
- rbaj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request where the amount is unusually large, where the account activity pattern is inconsistent, or where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Deposits used solely to qualify for a bonus without genuine intent to play may be identified as bonus abuse. rbaj reserves the right to void such bonuses and restrict associated withdrawals pending investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
rbaj offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the offer terms.
- rbaj reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where a player is found to have breached these Terms or the specific bonus terms.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire at the end of the promotional period unless otherwise stated. Unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash or other bonuses.
- Bonuses and promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any player found using multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players, exploiting technical errors or otherwise abusing bonus offers will have their account suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the rbaj platform, whether under your own name or using an alias, false identity or another person's details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate platform systems.
- Depositing, withdrawing or using funds on the rbaj platform in connection with any money laundering, financial crime or fraudulent activity.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game, tournament or betting market on the platform.
Responsible Gaming
rbaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools and resources that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.
- Players may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting rbaj support. Self-exclusions are applied immediately and prevent the player from accessing their account for the specified period.
- Players may set deposit limits on their accounts to control the amount they can deposit within a given period. Limit reduction requests are applied immediately; limit increase requests are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the rbaj platform without the prior written consent of rbaj, except for personal, non-commercial use in the ordinary course of using the platform as intended.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the rbaj platform or any content thereon. rbaj's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to These Terms
rbaj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the rbaj platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.
Governing Law and Player Responsibility
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the rbaj platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. rbaj makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are legal, appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk and is not sanctioned by rbaj.
